With a lifetime of leadership skills and experience, Jon will go to Olympia to serve the interests of all the people in the 5th Legislative District.
 

Jon Viebrock is a 41 year-old construction foreman and a former United States Marine, honorably discharged. 
 
Being from the middle class, Jon will see that the rights and wages of working class people are protected.
 
As an avid fisherman, Jon will fight those who would exploit our precious natural resources for profit, and ensure that these resources are intact for all the future generations to come.

The middle class is the FOUNDATION of our economy. Creating the conditions favorable for working families to thrive and protecting the wages of the average household is priority one for Jon.

Costly and ill-conceived projects must be addressed with WISER growth policies. Sticking the taxpayer with a gigantic tax burden so that developers can make eye-popping profits is beyond wrong, it’s immoral and unsustainable

These forests and river ecosystems that are all around us are the BIRTHRIGHT of every citizen of the State of Washington, both now, and in the future. Allowing the unrestrained development of every wetland, forest, and river system in sight is not responsible management.

A QUALITY EDUCATION in a public school is the right of every child in this state. Allowing a teaching curriculum that fails the student, and then sticks them with a high-stakes test at the end is deplorable.
