As excited as we are for a new direction in "the other Washington", what happens here has just as much, if not more, impact on our daily lives.  State and local elections DO matter, and voting is not just simply a matter of punching the top slot on the ticket... 

 

We are fortunate to have excellent candidates running in the 5th Legislative District and the 8th Congressional District.  Jon Viebrock is one of those fine people.
